He is survived by: his wife Lyn (Sanborn); his mother Sandra Melcher Kiehl; his brothers, Thomas (late Jeanette) of Michigan and Michael (Charlene) of Strongsville Ohio; and his uncles, Paul Melcher (Marsha) and Royal Kiehl (Phyllis) of Alaska. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
