He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Smith and Margaret Kerr Smith. He is survived by: his children, Michael Smith (Deborah), Jeffrey Smith (Karen), Jennifer Manchester (Timothy), Brenda Schultz (Daniel) and Leanne Smith; and his sister Margaret Jean Wiley (late Dale). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
