He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Cummings and Margaret Cummings (Reigle); and his siblings, Leon Cummings (Tootie), Beverly Berndt (Tom), Roy Rosenberg and Bea Gill.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Carter Cummings, Jackson and Jameson Nice; his children, Kristie Cummings (Pete Hennessy), Todd Cummings and Amanda Nice (Craig); his siblings, Leslie Cummings (Marsha), Larry Cummings (Diane), Janice Cummings (Gary) and Sue Ribbeck (Mike); and his close friend Judy McHenry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
