He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Terry Adamczyk (Pempsell) of Akron and David Adamczyk; his wife Heather Adamczyk (Testa) of Akron; his daughters, Adalynn and Grace Adamczyk; his brothers, David Adamczyk of Akron and Daniel Adamczyk (Tami) of Elma; his nephew Daniel; his niece Aurora Adamczyk; his parents-in-law, James and Tracy Testa of Alden; and his sister-in-law Valerie Testa (Darren Dojka).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the J. Leonard McAndrew Funeral Home (32 John St, Akron, NY 14001). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
