She is survived by: her daughter Lis Jacobsen; her grandchildren, Danielle Chase (Rob Chase), Nathan Cummings and Nicole Klonowski (Danny Klonowski); and her great grandchildren, Tyler Zimmermann, Emmie Chase, Gavin Klonowski and Dakota Klonowski.
