She was predeceased by: her father Henry Filipski; and her husband Gordon Bell. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Bell (Judith) and Timothy Bell; her grandchildren, Pierson Bell (Aimee) and Jessica Caprio (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Kai Bell and Finn Caprio; her brothers, Gerald Filipski (late Angela) and David Filipski (Pamela); her brother-in-law Gary Bell (Joan); and her grandchildren, Eric, Elizabeth and Debra.

Donations in Judith's memory may be made to the Newstead Public Library.
