He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Koszuta and Helen Hejna Koszuta; and his sister Judy Frys. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ritter Koszuta of Akron; his children, Annette Sweet (Jason) of Lancaster and Brian Koszuta (Lori) of Lancaster; his mother-in-law Carol Ritter; and his siblings, Marilyn Procaccini (Tony) of Cheektowaga, Donald Koszuta (Kathleen) of Florida and Thomas Koszuta (Lynn) of Cheektowaga. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers in-law, sisters in-law and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for distribution to various charities.
