She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Gay; her parents, Floyd Bliss and Louise Bliss; and her brother Floyd Jr.. She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Soro (late Phillip), Jeffrey Gay (Ellen), Kevin Gay, Kelly Gay (Wendy) and Robert Gay; her grandchildren, Stephanie Hilarie (Adam), Megan, Charles Soro (Jessica), Scott (Christina), Keith, Kevin, Derek, Ashley and Allyson Gay; and her great grandchildren, Cameron, Collin, Arthur, Linus and Matilda.

A reception was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ross Funeral Home of Akron (10 Eckerson Ave, Akron, NY 14001).
