He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul DeYoung and Evelyn DeYoung (Etzold). He is survived by: his wife Penelope; his children, Jeffrey DeYoung (Kathryn) and Jennalee White (Aaron); his grandchildren, Simon White, Henry DeYoung, Solomon White, Nehemiah White, Raven DeYoung and Jesse White; and his siblings, David DeYoung (Karen), Elizabeth Miller (Roger) and Carole DeYoung. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
