He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin and Mildred; his child Daryl Cummings; his sister Diane Gothard (Carl); and his father-in-law John Schoenthal.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Cummings; his children, Tammy Cummings (Tim Scheuer), Renee Cummings and Rachell Cummings-Rizzo; his sisters, Annette Nagy (Sandor), Mary Ellen Clark (late Hank) and Arlene Helmbrecht (Don); his mother-in-law Catherine; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Plateau, Linda Urbanski (Mike) and Sandra Schoenthal (late Jack); and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
