He is survived by: his wife Diane Finger Hurne of Akron; his sons, David Hurne (Deanna) of Underhill, VT and Mark Hurne (Stephanie) of Essex Junction, VT.; his stepsons, James Walters of Milton, FL and Paul Walters of Naples, FL.; his grandchildren, Maria Hurne, Gregory Hurne and Lauren Hurne-Vinciguerra; his stepgrandsons, Marc Walters, Michael Walters and Jacob Walters; and his siblings, Linda Burk (Larry), John Hurni (Chris), William Hurne (Brenda), Tim Hurne (Claudia) and Dan Hurne (Julie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
