Arlene A. Snyder Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arlene A. Snyder of Akron, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 1, 2024 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arlene A. Snyder to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wideman and Louise Wideman; her husband Leighton; and her granddaughter Heidi Claassen. She is survived by: her children, Lorna, Mel Claassen of Goshen, IN, Luanne, Don Livingston of Akron, NY, Ron and Cheryl Snyder of Akron, NY; her grandchildren, Jeff, Mariko Claassen of Goshen, IN, Miriam, Abel Larkin of Castorland, NY, Dane Livingston of Akron, NY, Brice, Allison Livingston of Sarasota, FL, Caleb, Kim Snyder of Mechanicsville, VA, Chris, Amanda Snyder of Akron, NY, Rachel, Kyle Niermann of Findlay, OH, Beth and Trey Wilds of Pedro, OH; and her sister-in-law Norine Snyder. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ross Funeral Home of Akron (10 Eckerson Ave, Akron, NY 14001). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Clarence Center-Akron Mennonite Church (11500 Clarence Center Rd, Akron, NY 14001).
