He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Starkey; his daughters, Teresa Nisbet (Bill), Karen DeSanno, Sandra Gorlachov (Alex) and Billie Starkey; his grandchildren, Billy, Chris (Amanda), Ashley, Danielle, Joey, Lexi, Tommy, Danny and Sofia; and his great grandchildren, Haylee and Paisley.
