He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Rubin; and his parents, William Rubin and Amelia Rubin. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Candace (Michael) and Sandra; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Katie, Jesse, Allison, MacLean and Jack.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rockland Hook and Ladder Company in Spring Valley.
