She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Klentzin and Rose Klentzin (Darcy); her husband John Blaise; and her son John Blaise. She is survived by: her children, William Blaise (Aline), Jeanne Lynch (Martin), Lauren Thomson (Forrest) and Suzanne Serafin (Marc). She is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
