He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Howe and Leah Howe; his former wife Lillian; and his sons, David and Bruce.

He is survived by: his brothers, Ray, Jim and Don; his wife Mary; his children, Candy, Pam, Tim, Ray, Bob Jr. and Steve; and also, Marthena and Leona. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Bibles for Children.
