He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Thomas; his daughter Ann Grace Thomas; and his brother Ray. He is survived by: his children, Laurence F. Thomas Jr., Timothy P. Thomas, Gary L. (Mary Ellen Thomas), Raymond L. Thomas (Cathy), Jeffrey M. (Tommie Thomas) and Susan A. Thomas; his stepchildren, Cindy Hoffman, Chris Gifford, Carina Shultis, Jim Gifford, Celina Pasche and Paul Michaletz; his siblings, Judy Conlon, Margaret DiGiulio, John, James, Terrance and Daniel; and his friend Alice Lockwood (Margaret Rahl). He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
