She was predeceased by: her husband Donald A. Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Donna J. Bullis of Houston, TX, Brenda A. Meeker (Lary), Coventry, Debra G. Leizear, Donald S. Simmons and Afton; and her brother Glen Barnes (Mary). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
