It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Giovanna (Gina) D. Criscitello of Afton, New York, who passed away on May 15, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Fred and Joann Duffek; and her aunt Pat Duffek Chapman. She is survived by: her son Justin Criscitello; her mother Judi Duffek; and her close friend Dan Palmer. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
