In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Eric leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Eric may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Knudsen and Aase Knudsen (Nygaard); his former wife Rose Knudsen; and his niece Joanne Brunner. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Knudsen (Daniels); his sisters, Ina Stark of Chenango Forks and Else Brunner (John) of Morristown, FL; his nephew George Stark of Chenango Forks; and his nieces, Mandy Gorman (Blake) of Harrisburg, PA, Molly Brunner of Washington, DC and Christine Coons of Morristown, FL. He is also survived by several stepchildren and step grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren as well as many brothers and sisters-in-law.
