He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl D. Bailey and Beatrice Bailey (Wambold); and his wife Ethel Bailey. He is survived by: his son Timothy Bailey, Sr.; his grandchildren, Keegan Bailey (Ilene), Corey Bailey (Candice), Tim Bailey (Paige), Devyn Shaffer, Stacy Zorda (Jayson) and Christina Tefft (Jamie); his daughter-in-law Kathleen Shaffer (Norman); and his sister Iona Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
