He is survived by: his sons, David (Brenda Shampang) and Coventry; his grandchildren, Kelsea and Layne Shampang; his close friend Connie Lambrecht; his sister Deborah Shannon; and his stepsisters, Susan Belknap and Vicky Richardson.
