He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Fisher and Donna Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Fisher; his daughters, Melissa Kittle (James), Katherine Hopkins (Brian) and Heidi Fisher; his grandchildren, Collin Dicks of James, Emilie Hopkins, Gavin Dicks, Miles Kittle and Isaiah Hopkins; and his brothers, Scott Fisher, Kevin Fisher (Tammy), Darin Fisher, Keith Fisher, Mary Ellen Warrick and Colleen Ashworth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
