It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William McCarthy (Addison, New York), born in Corning, New York, who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William McCarthy and Loretta McCarthy; his brother-in-law Michael Ryan; and his cousins, Nora Tobin, Elizabeth Tobin and Mary Daly.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy McCarthy; his sisters, Mary Dougherty (William) of Elmira and Ellen Ryan of Batavia; his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Ann, Mark, Joseph, Thomas, John, Daniel Ryan, Ellen, Michael, Timothy Dougherty, Harold, Christy Sisson Jr, Amber Roe (Wesley), Jessica Clark (Jeremiah) and Tyler Sisson (Jamie); and his cousins, Frances Kilts, Martin and Daniel Daly.
