She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Heidrich and Vera Heidrich. She is survived by: her husband Kevin F. Shorthouse; her children, Jason Brann (Sheri) of Texas, Jaime Potts (Chris) of Addison, Dylan Shorthouse (Rachel) of Arizona, D'Arcy Shorthouse (Tiffany) of Bath and Morgan Shorthouse of Corning; her grandchildren, Kayla, Abigail, Christian, Lilly Ann, Anna, Alex, Emily, River, Maddox, Bailey, Bradley, Richard, Oliver and Evelyn; her great grandchild Ryder; her siblings, Cheryl Ruter of Corning, Marjorie Heidrich, Deirdre Frazier (Michael), Stanley Heidrich (Delana), Anthony Heidrich of Corning and Vincent Heidrich (Shelley); and her pets, Zoey and Lucy. She is also survived by many nieces nephews, and cousins.

“Toni and I worked together at Arc of Steuben for eleven years. She was always dedicated to doing her best job and what was going to help the agency. She had that tell it like it is personality that was honest and sincere. We had more than one political discussion and I it was a rare day when I did not agree with her political perspective. She was quirky and sweet and loved her family dearly. I will miss her. Anita Maroscher”
