He is survived by: his wife Edith Sarviss of Addison; his children, April Sarviss of Aurora, CO, Lorraine Smith (Scott) of Addison, Robert Sarviss Jr. (Roxanne) of Danville, PA and James Sarviss (Sarah) of Addison; his grandchildren, John Stahl, Michael Stahl, Misty Benjamin, Robert Sarviss III, Alyssa Laubach, Nichole Sarviss, Alistair Farnham (Tiffany), Joshua Gold, Tonicia Sisk, Clifford Willis (Paige) and Taylor Willis (Mira); and his great grandchildren, Katelyn Stahl, Michael Stahl Jr., Brayden Sarviss, Saige Sarviss, Jadelyn Sarviss and Scarlett Sisk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
