He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester DeKay and Effie DeKay (VanZile); and his wife Charlotte Crane. He is survived by: his children, Fonzarelli, Colette and Everett DeKay; his stepchildren, Kelly Donley (Chad) and Brian Crane (Carrie); his grandchildren, Destiny, Nicholas, Christopher Berg, McKenzie, Emily DeKay, Brent, Bryce, Bayleigh, Bryar Crane, Colton and Gracie Donley; his great grandchildren, Estella, Demyx, Leda DeKay, Stacey and Benjamin Crane; and his siblings, Patricia Wilcox, Judy Sprauge, Joseph DeKay and Scott DeKay. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
