He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleburn Lewis and Loua Lewis (Bedient); and his siblings, Dean Bedient, Jon Lewis, Mary Lou Coryea, Marlene "Judy" Baker, Marjorie Bedient and Beverly Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Kirk; his children, Michael Lewis (Karrie Folnsbee) and Nichole Lewis; and his granddaughters, Dixie, Cheyanne, Lexie, Kaylee, Helen and Savannah.
