He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Horton and Beverly Horton; his wife Jenny Horton; and his sister Idabelle Woodworth. He is survived by: his children, Robin Young of Gloversville, NY and Justin Horton of Cameron; his adoptive children, Charles Williams of Gloversville, NY and Kyle Williams of Hornell; his grandchildren, Matthew Gage (Maple), Michael Ribble, Dustin Ribble, Laci Ribble, Justin Horton Jr., Dakota Horton, Tyler Moore (Katie) and Idabelle Hatch (Donald); his great grandchild Zane Terrell; his siblings, David Horton (Wanda), Patricia Horton of Bradford, Mary Akins (Randy) of Risingville and Tina Kieran (Chuck) of Bradford; and his stepdaughters, Melissa Mead (Matthew) and Regina Moore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and step step- great grandchildren.
