He is survived by: his wife Christine Remchuk (Gardner) of Addison, Three; his children, Joseph Remchuk of Bath, Lew Remchuk (Polly) of Woodhull, Jeramie Mattison of Addison, Veronica Carlineo (Joseph) of Addison and Ginger Harris (Eric) of Virginia; his siblings, David Remchuk (Kathy) of Bath and Tosh Remchuk (Jay Monson) of Albuquerque, NM.; and his brother-in-law Charles Gardner (Melissa) of Bath. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren as well as several nieces nephews and cousins.
