He was predeceased by: his stepsons, Gordon Starkey and Richard "Skip" Starkey; and his sisters, Gloria Carmalita Teribury and Opal McMindes. He is survived by: his spouse Greta Starkey (Smith); his children, Sharon Taft of Bakersfield, CA., Linda Horton (Timothy) of Savona, Judy Watkins (Thomas) of Campbell and Charles Dickerson (Tami) of Addison; his stepson Donald Starkey (Carol) of Honeyoe; and his daughter-in-law Audrey Starkey of Addison. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
