He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin VanZile and Marjorie Everets (Jones); his siblings, Wesley VanZile (Pat), Eugene VanZile (Marlene), Robert VanZile (Theresa), Benjamin VanZile, Clifford VanZile, Delores Barlow (Richard) and Mary Vandermark (Ron); and his brother-in-law Kent Greenfield.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Owens (James Rowe) of Addison, NY and Ben VanZile of Bath, NY; his stepchildren, Matthew Brown (Jennifer) and Becky Baker (Randy); his grandchildren, Cody, Haleigh Owens, Charlee Rowe, Hunter, Petra Vanzile, Alex Price, Cierra Smith and Trista Brown; his great grandchildren, Oliver and Aurora Owens; his siblings, Henry VanZile (Linda) and Connie Greenfield of Dundee, NY; his sisters-in-law, Joyce VanZile and Susie VanZile; and his close friend Eddie Hale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
