It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay L. Golliver of Addison, New York, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his friend Jeff Neally. He is survived by: his wife Victoria (Miss Vickie); his sons, Jordan Golliver (Meggan) and Matthias Golliver (Tessa); his stepchildren, Michael Kelsey (Becky) and Amy Kelsey; his grandchildren, Eli and Shelby Golliver; his stepgrandchildren, Anthony, Kenneth Miller, Nate Kelsey and Abigail Kelsey; his siblings, Carolyn Kulick (Michael), James Cerby (Bonnie) of Fort Myers, FL, Gerald Smith (Butch) of Erie, PA and Julie Cerby of Cambridge Springs, PA.; and his friend Michael Magner.
