Smith Sr. of Addison, New York, born in Corning, New York, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Smith and Helen Smith (Copp). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smith of Addison; his children, Eldon Smith Jr. (Tammy Jo) of Tioga and Jennifer Smith-Giles (Wilson Giles) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Briana Smith, Cierra Smith, Zachary Smith, Kristal Smith-Giles and Monntana Giles; his stepgrandchildren, Emily Cook and Logan Burrows; his great grandchild Elihana Smith Binkins; and his sister Shirley O'Brian of Woodhull.
