She was predeceased by: her parents, George Baxter and Rosena Baxter (Guiles). She is survived by: her husband Arden Howard; her sons, Jason Howard (Ann) of Addison and Christopher Howard of Addison; her grandson Nolan; her siblings, Timothy Baxter (Therese) of Parishville, Charles Baxter of Canada and Malia Bender (Rob) of Canada; and her close friend Carmen Jones of Vestal. She is also survived by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cheryl's name may be sent to the Food Bank of the Southern Tier.
