With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl R. Smith of Addison, New York, born in Bath, New York, who passed away on March 6, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Smith and Henrietta Smith (Bailey); and his siblings, Charles (Gertrude Smith), Claude (Violet Smith), Hugh (Gladys Smith), Homer (Mildred Smith), Harold (Henrietta Smith Knowles), Robert (Hilga Smith Marr) and Eugene (Frances Smith Durham).
He is survived by: his wife Nina Sprague Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carl's name may be sent to: Addison Fire Department, St. Catherine's Cemetery Fund, or the Middletown Historical Society.
