She is survived by: her parent Marguerite Cook; her daughter Sheila Smith; her grandchildren, Thomas Morgan (Courtney), Derek Morgan (Ashley) and Bradley Smith (Tina); her great grandchildren, Joseph, Abby, Addison, Owen, Jackson, Natalie, Courtney and Anunziatta; her siblings, Tom Cook, Donny Cook and Kate Smith; and her friends, Marion Swackhammer and Ed Swackhammer. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
