She was predeceased by: her parents, William Davis and Shirley Davis; her husband Jim Dack; and her brothers, Robert, Tom and Vergil Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Tennant (Dave), Wendy King (James), Tom Grandjean (Elissa) and James Dack (Sara); her grandchildren, Jacob, Austin, Madison, James, Nathanial, Skyler, Kaylee, Kristina, Noah and Jace; her great grandchildren, Cody, Sebastian, Jaxon, Serenity and Gracie; and her close friend Robert Sheltray.
