Richter (Adams, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richter and Helen Richter (Stefanski); his wife Rita V. Mulaney; and his brothers, Edward and Ronald Richter.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas A. Richter (Susan), Worth, John S. Richter (Becky), Glenn A. Richter (Michele), Evelyn Stevens (Ernie) of Mexico, NY and Brenda Perkins. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
