It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley M. Kepner of Adams, New York, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 26, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald F. Kepner and Juanita L. Kepner (Wilcox); her former spouses, Frank Latella and Jene Rumney; her sister Mary Ann Babcock; and her brother-in-law Lee Babcock.
She is survived by: her spouse C. E. Jaques; her children, Ron Latella (Terrie Ayers) of Fryeburg, ME and Jeannie Warren (Tracy) of Adams, NY; and her brothers, Norman Kepner (Chris) of Lacona, NY and Stan Kepner (Andrea) of Rome, NY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and several nieces nephews and cousins.
She was especially passionate about animals and requested donations in her memory be made to any Animal Shelter or the South Jefferson Rescue Squad, PO 126, Adams, NY 13605.
