He is survived by: his wife Delia Piper; his children, Tim Mullin (Beth), Tanya Carpenter (Scott) and Rhonda Rutledge (Trevor) of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Joel Carpenter (Andrea Velasquez) of Wappinger Falls, NY, Sara and Erica Rutledge of Amarillo, TX; his stepgrandchildren, Craig Spry (Nicole) and Heather Spry; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cayden Spry and Lillyana Spry; his siblings, Joan Allen and Joe Mullin (Elsie); and his siblings-in-law, Donnella "Doni" Piper and Charles Jackson (Sharon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
