With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Kraemer of Adams, New York, born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on July 17, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her son Mitchell; her siblings, Robert J. Jr., Richard J. Sr. (Sparrow), Linda Colburn of Boston, MA, Kathleen Kraemer and Elizabeth Ryder (Richard); her nephew Richard J Kraemer Jr.; her nieces, Kerri Anne Kraemer, Pennsylvannia and Leah (Shane); her great-nephews, Elijah James, Gavin Hunter, Kaidon Robert Kraemer and Wyatt Winston House; her godchildren, Gwyneth Hughes of California, Megan Johnsen of California, Daisy Edgerton of California and Miles Edgerton of California; and her friends, Judie Smith of Watertown, NY and Teresa Edgerton (John).
