It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Cummings of Adams, New York, born in Carthage, New York, who passed away on May 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frederick Hardy and Mary Lawrence; her daughters, Teri Hepworth (John), Roni Mezza and Catherine Cummings; her grandchildren, Jeffery, Joshua, Emily, Maria and Chloie; her great grandchildren, Gracie, Bella and Scarlett; and her siblings, Robert Hare and Judy Lewis (Art) of Brownfield, ME. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to severe allergies, the family has requested instead of flowers to send donations in her memory to the South Jefferson Rescue Squad, PO Box 126, Adams, NY 13605.
