She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Tiff and Ethel Tiff; her husband Edward John Ramsey; and her children, Alan W. Ramsey of Worth, NY and Tamara R. Ramsey (Larry Gardner) of Lowville, NY.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Randall (Richard) of Henderson, Pamela Hollenbeck (John) of Adams and Brian Ramsey (Janet) of Henderson; her siblings, Barbara Ujvari of Adams Center, Kathy Russell of Adams and Harold Tiff Jr. of Carthage; and her granddaughter Shaina Ramsey (Larry Walker).
