She is survived by: her daughter Sally; her children-in-law, Ronald Jerome and Diane Smith; her grandchildren, Joseph, Kristi Jerome, Jonathan, Rebecca Jerome and Leah Smith; and her great grandchildren, Merrick, Lukas, Mia and Blair Jerome.
