He is survived by: his wife Loretta; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Thomas Whalen, Kendall James Whalen (Anne), Mary Leta Corboy (Daniel) of Sackets Harbor, Mary Jane Caputo Whalen and Nancy Cole Whalen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
