It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Richter of Adams, New York, born in Silver Creek, New York, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Richter and Mary Louise Richter (Foltz); his sister Emily; his daughter Kathy; his granddaughter Megan; and his niece Julie.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Bikle of Adams, NY; his children, Bill (PA), Pamela of Gowanda, NY, Tracey (Mark) of Fredonia, NY, Debbie (Dan) of Conesus, NY, Jim (Pam) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Rebekah of Adams, NY and Caleb (Anna) of Watertown, NY; and his brother Eugene (Carolyn) of Norlina, NC.
