He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Johnson and Mary Stevens Johnson. He is survived by: his brother Jeffery; his daughters, Tegan Galvez (Paolo) and Shannon Hildreth (Roger); his stepchildren, Patrick Roberts and Amanda Kenyon (Jared); his parents-in-law, Elizabeth Reese and Barry Ayles; his spouse Racheal Ayles; and also Linda Davis. He is also survived by two nephews and 9 grandchildren.
