He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harold, Allan, Reginald, Gary, Marilyn Elliott and Yvonne; and his parents, Harold Oatman and Louise Stokes Oatman.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Jeff Oatman (Lisa), Camden, Rusty Oatman of Leesburg, VA, Suzette Parker, Julie Deveines (Joseph), Tammy White, Sandy Creek and Jennifer Shoemaker; his grandchildren, Jonathon Oatman, Brandon, Corey Deveines, Bethany Gingerich, Nichole Covell, Phillip, Travis Clarke, Niles, Cameron, Shayla Oatman, Jessica Goutermout, Brittany Williams, Shane Scullen and Chase Oatman; his great grandchildren, Jerek Shoemaker, Dawson Simmons, Carson, Benson Oatman, Myleigh Mills, Emma Pitts, Grayson Covell, Jaylee, Ryker Gingerich, Carter Williams and Liam Clarke; and his brother Robert Oatman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
