He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Bates; his children, Christopher C. Cisco (Tracy) and Kimberly B. Hendry (Chris) of Savanah, GA; his stepson Christopher C. Washburn; his grandchildren, Kiarah Sidman, Teianna Sidman, Caleb Cisco, Landon Cisco and Aaliyah Mae Hendry; his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Washburn, Jamie L. Washburn and Cody C. Washburn; his brothers, Douglas R. Cisco and Brian L. Cisco (Christine); his mother-in-law Doris Bates; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Thomas, Patricia L Young, Joyce Bates and William Bates (Darlene).
